NEW MIXED-USE FACILITY COMING TO RUSSELLVILLE

Building will include apartment units and retail space

RUSSELLVILLE, AR - A groundbreaking ceremony was held today for a new mixed-use facility in Russellville. The new building, The Pointe Russellville, will include 45 luxury apartments consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom units and 3,000 square feet of commercial retail space.

“This development will offer up something that is lacking in the Russellville area, luxury multi-family units” said Dexter Pearson with PK Development. “We want to invest into a community that is showing a lot of growth and potential for even more growth.”

The luxury apartment building and retail space is being developed by PK Development and will be built by KSI Construction Services.

“We are so excited to see this facility come to life,” said Cary Kuykendall, managing partner at KSI Construction Services. “The apartment units will be very beneficial to students, couples and young families in the Russellville area and we’re excited to offer up the retail space to area businesses.”

Those in attendance at the groundbreaking ceremony include Russellville Mayor Fred Teague, representatives from the Russellville Area Chamber of Commerce, PK Development leaders, KSI Construction Services leaders as well as many Russellville community members.

The tenants that will occupy the ground floor retail space will be announced at a later time. The estimated completion date for the mixed-use building is December of 2023.
