Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the Pointe at Russellville, Russellville's newest multi-family living community. We anticipate move-in to be mid December 2023 to January 1, 2024. There is a small chance, units will be ready Dec 1, 2023. We will provide updates monthly after pre-lease deposits are paid.

 

Application Fee: $100.00
Deposit: First month’s rent.

  • The Security deposit at move-in will be one months rent. The pre-lease deposit will be applied toward the security deposit when move-in occ

  • We will begin our pre-leasing on July 10, 2023. If you are interested, please respond and we will send you a pre-lease commitment form to return. Thanks again for your interest. If you have any questions, please send us a message.The Pre-lease deposit is $500.00 to secure your unit.
